Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the courier and delivery services provided by Novahub Services LLC ("NOVAHUB", "we", "us"). By requesting a delivery with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

NOVAHUB provides premium same-day courier and delivery services across Tampa Bay — Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and surrounding areas, with regional runs by quote. Services include corporate catering delivery; legal and confidential document courier; flowers, boxes and fine-goods courier; grocery and personal errands; and recurring business delivery.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Deliveries can be requested via phone, text, WhatsApp, email, or our website quote form.
• A delivery is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from NOVAHUB with the pickup, drop-off and estimated timing.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact details, item description, and any time requirements.
• Same-day and rush deliveries are subject to availability. We recommend scheduling recurring or large orders in advance.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Published rates are starting rates; your final quote is priced by distance and delivery zone.
• Cross-bay deliveries (to/from Pinellas) may include a transparent cross-bay fee, disclosed at quote.
• Rush, after-hours and specialty handling may carry a surcharge, disclosed before pickup.
• We accept major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and corporate invoicing for account clients.
• Large corporate catering and recurring routes are quoted individually.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: before a courier has been dispatched to the pickup.
• Late cancellation: once a courier is en route or has arrived at pickup, a fee of up to 50% of the quote may apply.
• Failed pickup: if the item is not ready or accessible at pickup after 15 minutes, a re-attempt or cancellation fee may apply.
• NOVAHUB may cancel due to severe weather, road closures or force majeure, with a full refund of any prepayment.

5. Pickup & Delivery Windows

• Estimated timing is provided in good faith and may be affected by traffic, weather or road conditions.
• 15 minutes of complimentary wait time is included at pickup and at drop-off; additional wait may be charged at $1 per minute.
• If the recipient is unavailable, we will follow your delivery instructions (e.g., leave with front desk, reschedule); unattended drop-offs are made only with your authorization.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Items

• We do not transport illegal items, hazardous materials, firearms, live animals, or perishable items outside their safe holding time.
• The sender is responsible for the legality and accurate description of the contents, and for adequate packaging.
• High-value or fragile items must be declared at booking so we can handle and insure them appropriately.

7. Care & Chain of Custody

Catering is transported held at temperature and handled presentation-ready. For legal and confidential deliveries we provide chain of custody with live tracking, and signature and/or photo proof of delivery on request. Items are never left unattended unless you authorize it.

8. Liability

• NOVAHUB carries commercial liability insurance and couriers are background-checked.
• Our liability for loss or damage to an item is limited to the declared value, up to the limits of our cargo coverage; declare high-value items at booking for full protection.
• NOVAHUB is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
• NOVAHUB is not responsible for items whose contents were misdeclared or inadequately packaged by the sender.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
