These Terms of Service govern your use of the transportation services provided by NOVAHUB Private Transport LLC ("NOVAHUB", "we", "us"). By booking a ride with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

NOVAHUB provides luxury private transportation services in the Tampa Bay area and throughout Florida, including airport transfers, cruise port transfers, executive transport, intercity travel, wedding transportation, and special event transport.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website booking form.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from NOVAHUB with driver and vehicle details.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact information.

3. Pricing & Payment

All quoted prices are in US Dollars (USD).
Prices are fixed at the time of booking. There are no surge charges.
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Zelle, Venmo, and corporate invoicing.
Tolls and parking fees, if applicable, are included unless otherwise stated.
Gratuity is not included in the quoted price and is at the passenger's discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: More than 12 hours before scheduled pickup.
Late cancellation (less than 12 hours): A cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price may apply.
No-show: If you do not appear at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time (or 30 minutes for airport pickups), the full fare may be charged.
NOVAHUB reserves the right to cancel a booking due to severe weather, road closures, or force majeure events, with a full refund.

5. Wait Time

Airport pickups: We provide 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands (tracked via our flight monitoring system).
All other pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time.
Additional wait time may incur charges of $1 per minute.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the ride.
No smoking, vaping, or consumption of illegal substances in the vehicle.
Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during the ride.
Child car seats are available upon request — please mention when booking.

7. Luggage

Our Toyota Highlander XSE accommodates standard luggage for up to 5 passengers comfortably. For groups of 6-7 passengers, luggage space may be limited. Please inform us of excessive luggage when booking.

8. Liability

NOVAHUB is fully licensed and insured in compliance with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) regulations.
We carry commercial liability insurance for all passengers.
NOVAHUB is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
NOVAHUB is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, though we will make every reasonable effort to return found items.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
